Join Us in Puerto Rico!

It’s been 18 months since Hurricane Irma and Maria devastated the Caribbean. St. Thomas, site of the first 2 Virgin Derm meetings (2016 & 2017) is still rebuilding. The Marriott Frenchman’s’ Reef where we held the meetings is still not open. Because of this, we are moving the meeting to Puerto Rico and changing the name to Cosmo Caribbean. Today, Puerto Rico is beautiful and booming! Join us as we tap into the resilient spirit of our fellow American citizens for this exceptional educational experience!
